Our Non-disclosure Agreement assures you that we will not share any information with anyone outside our company. We do not store any important information on our computers. Instead, we store your information in our secured network. No one outside of our company network has access to your information, files, documents, emails, or contacts. We use state-of-the-art security software to prevent spyware or computer viruses. We highly recommend strong passwords and using a password manager to keep your accounts safe.

Do I need to train my virtual assistant?

Yes, it’s important to note that your virtual assistant has many talents and skills, and not all services nor requirements you request can be found in one skill set or one virtual assistant. The good news is, that your virtual assistant may have already done similar work for other clients and may have experience in performing a particular task you require on the job. 

How do you track time?

We prefer not to track hours, but progress. However, we can send you a daily report with all the activities your virtual assistant has worked on and what tasks are pending. In addition, we send you a weekly report on the total time dedicated to your tasks or projects.

How do I purchase additional service hours?

You can contact your client support specialist to request additional service hours as needed. You can also choose to scale your service plan up or down whichever is best for your business needs.

Do service hours roll over to the next month?

No, your service plan hours do not roll over to the next month. If you are choosing your service plan, it’s a good idea to plan for the number of hours you will need each month.

How many service hours do I need each month?

If you are unsure of how many service hours you will need each month no problem, we are pros in what we do and can help you choose the best service plan that fit your unique business needs. This could mean starting small in the beginning and adding hours as needed. Our experience has been that people need more hours, not less.

What happens if I go over my service hours?

If you go over your service hours, we will simply bill you the extra hours you went over.

How do I communicate with my virtual assistant?

Will I get a notice when my assistant takes time off?
